The 5K! We look like idiots:)
I am laughing so hard right now. Cassie just sent me these pics and she begged me not to put the second one on, but I have to save it for her posterity. Every time I see it I have to wipe the tears away. This is at the very end of the race. It was fun and, in case you didn't notice, I beat Cassie with a quick sprint at the end:)

Hey!
Nice job on the 5K! Before I got pregnant, I was trying to get to the point where I could run the whole 3.whatever miles, but I'm a big wuss and I always ended up walking/jogging during the middle. My time was always pretty crappy. That's awesome that you and Cassie can do that together.

I can see you laughing.. it looks great and it makes glad that I do not run!! In fact I tried and Roxy's little leash got tangled in my legs. They are the ones that will always go with me and their schedules are usually open:) Did I miss the ikea trip? Did you ever come up?

What women you are!! That's impressive. I am supposedly running a half marathon in May, but we have had some "interesting twists of fate" as Ash would call it, so we shall see. You are inspiring. That's for sure! Love you guys.
Im proud of you Jess. I think it is plenty to be proud of don't cut yourself short. I wish i could do something like that one day. We are getting excited to live in arizona with you guys. are you getting excited. its so soon!!!
